This retreat also includes classical pranayama and mindfulness, along with calming meditation. Visited by people from all over the world, this retreat is more like a holistic break from your hectic schedule and busy lifestyle.
The whole program is conducted by certified yoga gurus and profound yogis who have spent their whole lives gaining the real wisdom of this practice. A yoga retreat not only benefits you physically by adding flexibility and strength, but also helps to heal your mental and emotional health. The clutter in your mind will be cleared by the end of this journey. Your suppressed emotions will be released, and you will feel light once again. The aim of this reviving retreat is to balance you once again and reset you using the yogic disciplines and lifestyle!
This 14-day yoga retreat at Om Setu is a well-structured journey that includes one yoga practical class, one class of classical meditation, and one rejuvenating class of breathwork (pranayama) daily that harmonises your body, mind, and soul gently. The remaining time will be for activities. At least ten to twelve days of your learning will include programs like outdoor visits, hawan ceremony, trek to the hidden waterfall of Rishikesh, silent walk by the Ganges, or holy Ganga aarti in the evening! So, this retreat is a balance of yogic experience and the town’s healing and holistic culture!
The whole yogic experience in our yoga retreat is also complemented by the yogic ideology that helps you to understand yoga much better! Moreover, you are also introduced to other yogic principles like dinacharya, ritucharya, as well as the importance of ahara or diet in yogic living. We prepare and offer three yogic meals and herbal teas to our guests to keep them activated throughout the yoga retreat. Our meals follow Ayurvedic principles of cooking and help cleanse and balance you naturally! The soulful stay in the natural ambience of Rishikesh, India, also supports your rejuvenating journey with us!

This is how a typical two weeks with us unfolds. Timings shift a little with the season and the weather, so treat it as a guide rather than a fixed plan.
| Week | Focus |
|---|---|
| Day 1 — Arrival | Check-in between 11 AM and 1 PM, lunch and rest, an afternoon meditation session, then dinner. If you are not too tired from the journey we take you to the Ganga Aarti at the ghat this evening, otherwise we move it to the next day. |
| Week 1 (Days 2–7) | The rhythm settles in: morning yoga asana and pranayama, breakfast, then one ceremony or outing in the late morning — a Hawan ceremony, a temple visit, meditation in the cave. Lunch and rest in the afternoon, meditation, sound healing or Yog Nidra in the evening, dinner. One complimentary Ayurvedic treatment is arranged for you during this week. |
| Week 2 (Days 8–13) | Once the body has settled the morning practice runs a little longer, and some sessions move down to the riverside. The bigger outings come this week — a sunrise excursion to Kunjapuri, a waterfall trek, a walk through a nearby Himalayan village, and a trip up into the mountains. Your second complimentary Ayurvedic treatment falls in this week, and the evenings turn towards self-exploration and longer meditation. |
| Day 14 — Departure | A final morning asana and pranayama session, breakfast, and check-out. |
