100-Hour Program

100-Hour: Who It's For

A 100-hour yoga teacher training program offers a brief experience to those who want to become yoga teachers. This program is for those who want to explore YTTC in the short term initially! This will give you the knowledge about the basic concepts and principles of yoga! This course helps you to understand the ancient practice of yoga and build a strong foundation for your further yoga teacher training journey. So, this is more like a beginning if you want to teach yoga worldwide as a profound yoga teacher. After this, you can also pursue further levels of our YTTC programs!

200-Hour Program

200-Hour: Who It's For

A 200-hour YTTC is the first certification that every aspiring yoga teacher starts with. This is the first part if you want to complete a 500-hour yoga teacher training journey to become an advanced-level yoga teacher. After pursuing 200-hour YTTC, you can register as a 200-hour RYT, which means a Registered Yoga Teacher, and can teach yoga at the beginner level in the international wellness industry! This is more like an eligibility to join the next step, which is a 300-hour yoga teacher training course and complete your whole 500-hour YTTC. So if this is your aim, then 200 hours is for you!

300-Hour Program

300-Hour: Who It's For

If you have already completed your 200-hour registered, 200-hour certified yoga teacher training, then you should join the 300-hour YTTC because it will complete your 500-hour advanced-level yoga teacher training and give you the privilege of working as an advanced-level yoga teacher in the global wellness and yoga industry. 300 hours YTTC is for those who are looking for advanced training in yoga and yoga teaching methodology. What you have learned in a 200-hour is expanded in this curriculum, and your training gets intense. Advanced-level poses and theory are taught here. So, if you want to register as a 500-hour RYT, then completing a 300-hour YTTC becomes important.

Decision Framework

How to Decide

Deciding upon which yoga TTC to join is quite simple! If you are a beginner and want to start and develop confidence by learning yoga, then you should start with a 100-hour yoga TTC program! It will give you a brief summary of YTTC in a short duration. If you are someone who wants to complete your 500-hour YTTC registration in two parts or want to register as a beginner-level yoga teacher, then you can pursue a 200-hour YTTC. Now, if you have already completed a 200-hour YTTC program and want to expand your knowledge and work as an intermediate- or advanced-level yoga teacher trainer or guru, then you must enrol in our certified 300-hour yoga teacher training program at Om Setu!!

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Technically it is allowed, but we don't advise it. Without the 200 hour base most students struggle in the 300 hour classes.

No. The 200 hour is complete on its own and most of our students join it directly.

Not really. It is a short intensive, good for deepening your own practice. For teaching worldwide you need the 200 hour.

It is 200 plus 300 hours together, registered with Yoga Alliance. Finish your 200 hour first, then do our 300 hour and apply for RYT 500.
