Same 200 hour RYS 200 course, only the balance is different. Multistyle teaches Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa together, the standalone Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa courses put all weight on one style.

Daily time is split more or less evenly between Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and pranayama with meditation. Equally skilled in all three, no, that is not realistic in 24 days. But you will be comfortable teaching a basic class in each.

Yes. Hatha foundation is taught first so the body gets some strength, only after that the faster Vinyasa flow starts. Beginners manage it fine every batch.

One certificate only, the Yoga Alliance RYS 200. It covers everything taught in the course. There is no separate certificate style wise, nobody gives that.
