How Does a Day in Our 200-Hour YTTC Feel?

A schedule that balances and rejuvenates you inside out!

We work on the Gurukul system where you wake up, practice yoga, study yoga, eat sattvic meals, rest and recover, and repeat the same. This is done to teach you the yogic discipline. Our complementary practice makes it much more joyful and soulful! Early mornings are for breathwork and meditation sessions at Om Setu! This is followed by an intense yoga session where you learn the theory and the asanas from our experts. Afternoons are for the philosophies and anatomy of yoga. Three healing sattvic meals and detox teas are also a part of our daily routine. Sundays are off so that you get the time to explore Rishikesh and reconnect with the spiritual side of the town!

After completing our Yoga Alliance USA-registered 200-hour YTTC, you can register yourself as RYT-200 and teach beginner-level yoga classes globally.

Most of the 200-hour YTTC graduates go for further training of 300 hours so that they can register as RYT-500. You can also teach after registering as RYT-200.
