    3. If you practice any time of the day, then make sure that you have food 4-6 hours before the practice. In short, you should wait for at least 4-6 hours after having food to perform this pose at any time of the day.

    1. Firstly, roll out your favourite colour mat. To connect more with your inner child. 

    2. Lie flat on your back. 

    3. Make sure that your back is comfortably supine in a supine position. Now, inhale and lift your legs. 

    4. Bring both knees close to your chest. 

    5. Now, make your hand pass between your thighs. 

    6. Try holding your bigger toes with your first two fingers. 

    7. Now, gently try opening your hips and widening your legs as much as you can. 

    8. Make sure that your knees are open slightly wider than your torso. 

    9. Bring your knees closer to your armpits. 

    10. Make sure that you have placed your head comfortably on the floor. 

    11. Now, tuck in your chin to your chest. 

    12. Now, press your tailbone and sacrum on the floor. 

    13. As if you are pressing your heels up and pulling your arms back. 

    14. When you slowly pull up your legs using your hand and holding your toes, keep your ankle and knee in a straight line. 

    15. Now, flex your feet as if the sole is facing the ceiling above you. 

    16. Now, try pressing your shoulders and your neck on the floor. 

    17. Now, make sure that your whole spine area is pressing the floor. 

    18. Now, push your feet up using your hand and pull them down with your hands to create resistance. 

    19. When you are bringing your thighs into your torso towards the floor, your spine should be lengthened. 

    20. Now, breathe normally and hold the pose for 30-60 minutes. 

    21. Now, release the asana. 

    22. Take a good, deep breath. 

    23. Exhale your breath. 

    24. Now, gently release your arms. 

    25. Bring your legs back to the floor. 

    26. Lie comfortably on the floor for a few seconds.
